MHS Remembrance Day 2020: The Truth About Life After Service.



Pierre Bernard is a retired captain of the Canadian Armed Forces. He has dedicated 28 years of his life serving and representing Canada in an Afghanistan tour as well as two peacekeeping missions in Bosnia as well as Cyprus. He started his career as a reservist at the young age of 16, just after graduating from high school. After serving Canada, he has continued his career by working for the peel region police as a union representative. In honor of the many soldiers who have served in the war, Pierre Bernard is shares his views for remembrance day about the various mental repercussions of war and gives advice to young soldiers just like his youngest son who is currently serving.
